AMANI offers shipping to selected destinations worldwide. Shipping availability, delivery times, and costs may vary depending on the destination, product, shipping method, and carrier.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Certain products may require additional processing time. If this applies, the estimated processing period will be indicated on the relevant product page or communicated to the customer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Typical international delivery may take approximately 7–20 business days, although actual delivery times can vary.

Delivery estimates do not include potential customs clearance delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Shipping costs may vary according to:

  • Destination;
  • Package weight and dimensions;
  • Shipping method;
  • Number of products; and
  • Carrier.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, the destination country may impose customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Customers are encouraged to check their local import requirements before placing an international order.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking indicates that a shipment has been delivered but the customer has not received it, we may work with the carrier to investigate the delivery.

Delivery delays caused by customs, carriers, government authorities, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
